Zero Customer Service Response After 4 Follow Ups I ordered 8 kits that were immediately sent out, 4 of which I sent back with samples on 7/1. I have not heard back from Delta Leaf on the status of my order after following up with them via email over 4 times over the past month. I feel like I was scammed into buying a bunch of kits to be sent off and never be tested at all after hearing zero response once they had my money. Very disappointed with my experience so far.

You rely on people having gmail… You rely on people having a gmail account to view the sample intake form and the results. That became a bit of a burden when I couldn't download the sample intake form and I emailed two different e-mail addresses associated with delta leaf on two occasions each and got no response. Had I been told when I initially ordered the tests that I needed a gmail account I would have just used me personal e-mail and not my work e-mail which is outlook. That complicated this entire situation and you guys should really fix that.

This is my 3rd bad experience don’t… This is my 3rd bad experience don’t even care to ramble on about it. It’s been 15 days with no update on 5x test sent to them. I guess they aren’t worried about us anymore just the big commercial people. Last time I had to throw out falsely tested plants and they say it was “due to their bad batch of enzymes”… totally understand mistakes happen. They gave me a discount code of which I used immediately. This again was my 3rd round after them promising to make everything right. They did not. I still have no work on my test. They received those test august 1st (Monday) take your money to Farmer Freeman! P.S I got an email this morning saying “don’t forget to review delta leaf” so here you go delta!

Timely and Accurate I ordered once before when the company first got started, or at least when they were still working out the kinks with the assays. After a few hiccups, the company finally developed an amazing process that expedited the process. With the hiccups, they made their best attempt to remedy the issues, mainly by giving me a few free retests. This last time, there was no need for any retests, I got my results in a timely manner, plus, the tests were accurate in there results. I am a believer. Thank you.
