I bought an engraver for $700 a couple… I bought an engraver for $700 a couple of years ago from them. The instruction for assembly didn't match the engraver they sent me. I emailed asking for correct instructions. They sent me about a dozen "could be one of these" instruction videos, sprinkled with just about everything under the sun. Customer service the worst, I may as well throw this P.O.S. out and buy American

universalengraver.com... My first reason for giving them 10/10 is for their quick shipment and great customer support service. Secondly the product quality is great. Although the laser engraver I bought the assembly on it was a bit difficult but some videos and manuals helped put me through.
