Horrible customer service Their instruction videos are not clear, and do not include all steps to assemble their product. I had to figure it out on my own. I was unable to get assistance from them through either email, chat on website, or their whatsapp phone number. This has been ongoing for over a week. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Got the 40000 mw laser and it did not… Got the 40000 mw laser and it did not perform as advertised at all! Customer support is non existent! Trying to return it now and can't get anyone to respond now. Do not waste your money on their products! I am probably out $1700 because of these crooks!
