GBThey say what they mean and mean what they say! My experience with this company helps restore my faith in a company saying what they will do and actually doing what they say! Building trust by really following through is a rare commodity these days. Although at least for me, the Brazilian Wood did not produce the desired effect, at least they honored their guarantee and refunded my cost! Also a feather in their caps that truly you can trust! Another plus is their customer service reps, that I encountered, were responsive, helpful and the best I have ever had the pleasure to talk with! May God Bless You!

GBFirst off my customer service rep was… First off my customer service rep was friendly and honest. I believe I made the mistake in not canceling my subscription. Yet Daryl was willing to refund my purchase no questions asked. Almost unheard of today. Solid business practices. Please feel confident in purchasing products from this company. They prqctice what they preach.
