Experience was delightful! My Locksmith, Chris was very knowledgeable and as experienced as anyone could be. He had a very positive outlook and truly seemed to enjoy his job and all phases of his production. He was very neat in his cleanup. The overall communication via the Office manager was excellent from the beginning. He had answers to all of my questions and stayed on top of my quote and order. There were only two things I see that could have been improved upon. I did not know it would be a two step process in a door implementation. That means another day and another service contractor involved. Also, I was bumped one day in the beginning of my original service day and I had cancelled 3 things for that appointment. Other than those things, so far I am pleased. Hopefully the last appointment will go smoothly.

Highly recommend, used heavily by our company Door Resources has been our vendor for all issues door and locks for years. We're familiar with all the techs, and they always offer great service, and let us know when we DON'T need to spend money. We don't call anyone else for our commercial properties. They cover interior and exterior doors, have installed scissor gates over rollups, and serviced all of our roll up doors as well. I haven't found anything they can't do yet!

Excellent Service - Excellent Service - I don't work that often with locksmiths but I called Door Resources to change out a lockset. Rachel in the office was so helpful and assured me Robbie would be able to take care of it. Well let me tell you, he sure did!! He extremely knowledgeable and took him no time to get the job done.
