Experience was delightful! My Locksmith, Chris was very knowledgeable and as experienced as anyone could be. He had a very positive outlook and truly seemed to enjoy his job and all phases of his production. He was very neat in his cleanup. The overall communication via the Office manager was excellent from the beginning. He had answers to all of my questions and stayed on top of my quote and order. There were only two things I see that could have been improved upon. I did not know it would be a two step process in a door implementation. That means another day and another service contractor involved. Also, I was bumped one day in the beginning of my original service day and I had cancelled 3 things for that appointment. Other than those things, so far I am pleased. Hopefully the last appointment will go smoothly.

Door Resources was incredibly helpful! When it came to ordering hardware, Door Resources was incredibly helpful. The new doors were much better than we had hoped. You can obtain good service for a fair price. The whole level of customer service was superb.

Outstanding Customer Service & Loyalty The commercial door I purchased looks amazing, a year later I had a minor issue with the metal flashing placed on the brick not adhering. I touched base with the company and even though my door was outside of the warranty period a year later, door resources honored their high standards for quality and made the repair without a charge.

Explained my dilemma to John and he indicated his company could do the work on the same day. Hooray! Quoted me the price for an after-hours appointment and got me on the schedule for door repair this same evening. Arturo was the technician that arrived on time and proceeded to repair a badly damaged metal door. Arturo was professional and courteous, and, most importantly, got our door secure for the night. He took measurements for a door replacement as well. Very pleased with the entire experience with this company, from initial contact to repair.
