Everyone was knowledgeable, professional and personable. The efficiency of each of these people is a positive reflection of this company. And I will recommend and if I am in need of any more work will definitely use this company again.

Excellent Service - Excellent Service - I don't work that often with locksmiths but I called Door Resources to change out a lockset. Rachel in the office was so helpful and assured me Robbie would be able to take care of it. Well let me tell you, he sure did!! He extremely knowledgeable and took him no time to get the job done. Highly recommend, used heavily by our company Door Resources has been our vendor for all issues door and locks for years. We're familiar with all the techs, and they always offer great service, and let us know when we DON'T need to spend money. We don't call anyone else for our commercial properties. They cover interior and exterior doors, have installed scissor gates over rollups, and serviced all of our roll up doors as well. I haven't found anything they can't do yet!

After arrival After arrival, it turned out that the doors they came to work on were cut wrong and milled incorrectly at the manufacturing level. Sales Rep figured out exactly what we needed. The tech was very knowledgeable and passionate about completing the job. He spend quality time in Taking care of our problem. That was very impressive and the crew that came was very professional and friendly considering.

I will definitely call on them again. My garage spring broke and I needed it replaced. From the time I called to schedule the repair, until the service was completed the following day, I was treated with professional and appreciated customer service from all parties involved.
