ADU journey HPP Care team, I started my JADU project in 2022 and received a grant from the state through HPP Care. I had no idea how to allocate funds and move forward with the construction simultaneously. It was so stressful not knowing what's next. Everything was my first step, like everyone else. HPP Care team (Karen, Diane) seamlessly navigated me through my journey so I could focus on the actual construction part. Diane was dedicated, always responded quickly, and answered my questions; her work ethic was amazing! I am thankful that HPP Care is there to help move forward every step of the way.

Miss Katherine Peoples is excellent and… Miss Katherine Peoples is excellent and knowledgeable. Our account manager changed hands thrice since December 2022, and we now have Denys Rivera. He is always prompt and responsive when we have any questions. He was very attentive, helpful, and patient with us and answered all of our questions that arose throughout the process. We are so grateful to him and to HPP Cares! Genesis Rivera has been very supportive and pushed paperwork through with excellent efficiency.

I appreciated how the representative was so gracious even when she asked at the beginning for people to wait until she covered certain points which would be helpful. Before she got very far in her presentation, she was stopped by questions. She couldn’t get very far very quickly I had to leave the meeting early ( after 50 min.) I still had lots of questions.. like where to find the handbook. I am registered for the Dec. 2 zoom meeting with great expectations
