So I used the chat button which says someone gets back to you within 20 min and was totally surprised and elated that someone answered right away! LOVE IT!! Jack was so helpful in answering my questions and setting up buildings and inspections! Thanks so much and really excited to try our first team inspection today!

Issues resolved quickly / Suggestion added within minutes! The support team is extremely responsive and accommodating where they can. I made a suggestion and within minutes it was implemented for me. Although it is somewhat of a work around it will suit our needs until it is fully integrated into the program. Many thanks for the quick response Jack!
