We also love that we can use RentCheck for our own onsite renewal and move-out inspections. Plus the reports look great and provide property owners with just the perfect amount of information. Too little, and we would have questions to answer . . . too much information, and we would have questions to answer. RentCheck supplies a happy medium!

No Concern for the Renter The app doesn’t seem concerned for the renter’s privacy. you “may or may not share my location information?” So you know when i’m not home, have pics of my doors and locks and the approach to my home. I tried your help page first but it only takes me to articles on how to increase inspection times and how to pester your tenants with emails.
