This method of Tenant-led, contactless inspections is saving my company a MASSIVE amount of time while still keeping up to date with any property issues and helps reduce contact between my staff and Tenants. The people at RentCheck have gone above and beyond with helping me incorporate these inspections and also listening to my feedback.

Their support is awesome Their support is awesome! I needed help with merging a property that got entered twice and had completed inspections on both. I wasn't sure if it'd be possible to merge them and retain the inspections but after submitting my support ticket, I was surprised to hear that it was possible! It took a little time, but it is worth the wait. It's better to not have to lose inspection data, especially for move in inspections! Thank you for your help Jack!
