It is normal to experience tech issues but the great thing is that they have a very accommodating and helpful customer service people who are ready to be of any assistance, especially, Jack. Thanks!

No Concern for the Renter The app doesn’t seem concerned for the renter’s privacy. you “may or may not share my location information?” So you know when i’m not home, have pics of my doors and locks and the approach to my home. I tried your help page first but it only takes me to articles on how to increase inspection times and how to pester your tenants with emails.

This is a Wonderful Team There are some features I would love to see in future updates to the app. But whenever we have encountered an issue for our particular business model, the RentCheck team (Brett Perry and Jack from the online chat) have been so helpful in finding a custom solution for us. Excellent team, excellent product, will be even better with some tweaks for customization!
