I will call them again when its time to replace windows They came out on Sunday and replaced the entire roof with their fiberglass option and finished all but the clean up that same day. They filled up two dumpsters of materials but left that much behind with the promise they would be back on Monday. They did eventually come back on Tuesday Afternoon after the finance company released the money to them. Other than that they were efficient at the job. Our house isn't exactly small. It's been expanded twice in its 70+ years so the roof is a bit odd but they got it done. Here's hoping to 30 to 50 years of no leaks.

Erie Home Roof Replacement Erie Home came to our home for an estimate to replace our roof. Everyone we had contact with was professional and could answer any questions we had. The turn around time was great. The job was completed within a week of all the required paperwork being completed. The team installing the roof worked quickly and efficiently and left our property clean and as it was before. This was not a stressful situation for us. We were kept updated and informed each step of the way. We are thankful to Erie Home for their quality product and exceptional service.

Customer service is awful Customer service is awful. Have been trying to get a window replaced (under warranty) for the last 4 months! They will not give a supervisor's name or contact, just keep telling me that "it will be on the truck on monday". This started in early December.
