GBIt’s a nice looking roof and for the… It’s a nice looking roof and for the cost should last a long time. It makes my brick home look almost new again. Best thing is no more leaks and my home is quieter. Yes, my homeowners insurance went up, not down and there were parts of their process which I did not like at all but the install was quick. I’m still finding roofing screws all over but I guess that’s normal.
