AUTERRIBLE customer experience - NOT WORTH IT TERRIBLE customer experience - 3 months and still waiting. I have emailed the customer experience team eery 2 days to find out when the results will be provided, only to be told that they're "in progress". This doesn't flow through to my account so I keep receiving emails asking me to send in my samples. I had to ship from AU costing me $40 each time - the first sample was rejected, without any rationale. I had to reach out and find out more ...it then took another week to get another sample kit, then I had to send in another sample set. Then they just "CAncelled" the kit, for no reason and then told me I had to send in another sample which I absolutely refused and told them to fix their systems. This took another week. It's been months. I'm so disappointed that I chose this company. I would not ever ever recommend.

GBBad quality - avoid Ordered 2 kits, both were defective with sample collection device leaking, one cracked. They sent two replacements, which were ALSO cracked and leaking. Quite extraordinary frankly. Clearly have major manufacturing and quality issues. Makes me also highly doubt the quality of their analysis - this is not rocket science it’s a plastic collection tube.

GBZero customer service Dr. Hyman, you need to take back your recommendation of this product. There's no customer service. They don't even respond. How could you associate your name with this company? Endless questions that do not inspire an unbiased report of your health

GBNew algorithm with completely different results Did the viome test a year ago and was relatively pleased because it gave me some information I thought was rather useful. I had been having horrible intentional issues for years and the test showed I had bile salts coming out in my stool and with that information I slowly tried altering the fat levels in my diet and it seems to help a lot. Fast forward to this year I do a new test and they COMPLETELY changed their algorithm. And along with the new test with completely new results, they updated my old test which showed no problem with bile salts, but now I suddenly have a problem with protein fermentation, (protein definitely does not cause me issues)?? The first test showed several other "problem" areas which were suddenly erased with the new algorithm. Don't believe a damn word of it.
