I am happy with the work that was done I am happy with the work that was done. My only complaint is I was given a quote for the job but just as the work started I was informed that it was going to cost $1,300 more to cover the freeze board which was supposed to be included in the original quote.

The people are easy to work with and great products to upgrade home The people are easy to work with, show on time, call ahead and don't leave until the job is done or darkness arrives. We have the gutters, and they work great. Surrounded by oaks and maples and never a blockage for 6 or 7 years now. We upgraded windows, installers were great, saves energy and a great upgrade to the builder windows we had.

The work performed was professional The work performed was professional, done with common courtesy, efficient, cleaned up expertly at completion, allowed me to inspect the job done and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. This wasn't very time consuming on our part. It is showing overall cost savings already on my electric bill. We had attic insulation blown in on our two roofs. Should have done this years ago.

We had one issue with rain over-running… We had one issue with rain over-running the gutter. It too several phone calls and several promises of people getting back to us or coming to fix it, but they did eventually come. The person they sent was very knowledgeable, had a good understanding of the product and the problem, and fixed it. Everyone we have worked with at the company was professional and pleasant.

Product is relatively easy to install… Product is relatively easy to install and it is good to have the two attachment options of tape or screws, and I have used a combination of both. I am waiting for the first heavy rain to fully check it out.
