We have some mold that has developed… We have some mold that has developed either in or under the caulking. this needs to be addressed. We waited for three months to have the experienced installer do our work. When it came time to do it, he sent a brand new installer to do the work while he worked other jobs.

It too several phone calls and several promises of people getting back to us or coming to fix it, but they did eventually come. The person they sent was very knowledgeable, had a good understanding of the product and the problem, and fixed it. Everyone we have worked with at the company was professional and pleasant.
