GBBig thanks to Amit from Smart Heating Hub Amit from Smart Heating Hub gave me very precious, professional and practical advice in selecting a suitable and affordable boiler for my new home. I know nothing at all about any type of boiler system, and he was very patient in making everything clear and understandable for me. He also recommended to me a very helpful gas-safe engineer who helped install my boiler and provide further advice regarding how I should handle my faulty gas hob. GBHappy with my new boiler… I needed a new boiler I contacted this company and a nice man called Amit came out and gave us a quote, Amit went through everything with me and my husband, explained things and answered any questions we had we never felt rushed we were happy with the quote, we than had a installer called Manny that came to do the work, Manny was lovely my boiler was in stalled neatly, Manny also answered any questions I had and also showed me what to do regarding the boiler, I had the hive and he set it up and showed me how to use it, This was a quick and easy experience with this company, I have since recommended this company to my family and friends

GBExtremely disappointed by lack of service Extremely disappointed. I booked installation for end of last year but due to other personal engagement I had to cancel. I rebooked for today and to cut a long story short the engineer turned up minute to eleven thought it was acceptable to say he could not run the pipes and I would need to find someone else to do that part of the job. Waste of my time Do not agree to insulation unless reviewed by engineer In response to your response Amit It would be good for you to take some responsibility or accountability for what went wrong instead of giving account on what was cancelled etc. There was no denying that I cancelled appointments for whatever reasons all off which are my rights. You have missed the reason for my annoyance. In reference to the clutter this was never expressed as an issue your only reference was you needed the area to be cleared so that the engineer could carry out the job. If this was an issue then A quote nor installation date should never had been agreed until you could see clearly what you were quoting for. If this was the case then you proved unqualified to give the quote on behave of your engineer who appeared unprepared to carry out the job. That would explain why today the engineer appeared disconnected from the task and showed no empathy to the fact that he was late. He was not prepared to provide reasonable solution to an issue you suggested would not be an issue. Telling me the job could not be done unless I had an alleyway was not helpful.I do not think an apology is necessary at this point because I will never retrieve my lost day.
