Product hasn't shipped - no communication I'm in the same boat with the rest of the 1-star reviewers - ordered the product in April, hasn't shipped 6 weeks later. No communication from Bear Balanced. I've reached out three times via email with no response. Frustrating - as customer service should be the easy part of any business. Order #2020670

Do Not Purchase. (Update) Similar to other reviewers. I made a purchase on 1/23/23. Have made multiple attempts to contact in regards to my order with no reply. Now trying to cancel it without a response as well. **Update** I did receive the product May 8th. It tastes much better then most creatine products and have enjoyed the results. Improvement on the customer service side would be my biggest suggestion, but the product itself is good.

I have never had an issue taking… I have never had an issue taking creatine or other powdered suplements. I decided to buy Bear Balanced gummies for a different reason... It has Huperzine A in it and for those who are not aware it is pricy and hard to dose if you buy it in bulk. It provides the mental zone a lot of advanced lifters require to tap into the mind + muscle connection at a deeper level. This products has additional actives as well, everything in their blend is there for a reason. I am a fan of the product and it has been nearly three weeks since I started. I am aware of the increase in performance as well as recovery.

Terrible customer service I pre-ordered 2 bags of creatine gummies from Bear Balanced about 2 months before it was available and paid for them fully. I was emailed that my order had been shipped in July 2023 and it’s now middle of September and I still haven’t received my order. I have tried contacting the company in multiple ways to either deliver the products I paid for or refund my money without any success.

I had an verage experience with… I had an verage experience with bearbalanced.com. Nothin to note-worthy out of the ordinary. Prices were competitive, communictaion and follow up was OK, but nothin stricking or special. Products were also mid of the road - both in qulity and cost. Delivery was largely on time. On a scale from 1 to 10, this compnay would get 5.5 points. Don't expect extra service or "wow" effects, but it's more then adequat for everyday tasks.
