Poor Excuse for Business that only has 1 Product Ordered Jan 25th when said in stock and paid for express shipping. Did not ship until April 13th, which was 2 days after requesting a refund. Emailed multiple times never got a response. Only time company responded was when I posted on their social media. Product itself is ok but I wouldn’t ever order from again because terrible customer service and have no idea if/when you will receive product. Also was shipped USPS Parcel Select Ground when paid for Express.

Do Not Purchase. (Update) Similar to other reviewers. I made a purchase on 1/23/23. Have made multiple attempts to contact in regards to my order with no reply. Now trying to cancel it without a response as well. **Update** I did receive the product May 8th. It tastes much better then most creatine products and have enjoyed the results. Improvement on the customer service side would be my biggest suggestion, but the product itself is good.

Has to be a scam I am having the same situation as most others here. Order placed and never actually shipped. Also as soon as they gave me a tracking number I started getting phishing text messages related to the shipment. My tracking just says the item was never received by the shipper. This company is a scam.

I had an verage experience with… I had an verage experience with bearbalanced.com. Nothin to note-worthy out of the ordinary. Prices were competitive, communictaion and follow up was OK, but nothin stricking or special. Products were also mid of the road - both in qulity and cost. Delivery was largely on time. On a scale from 1 to 10, this compnay would get 5.5 points. Don't expect extra service or "wow" effects, but it's more then adequat for everyday tasks.
