Outstanding sales and service with a sprinkle of down to earth!!! I just had to leave a review about Lee and his apprentice Callum. From the off Lee was honest, reliable and gave good old fashioned quality customer service. Lee was very informative and knew his stuff and explained things without blinding with science. At all times they were respectful of my home with even Callum waiting whilst I ate my lunch instead of pounding on the radiators. Sometimes it is the little things that go a long way.Even when the supplier let him down Lee decided,off his own back to help find a solution, putting in a better spec boiler even though I'm sure this impacted on his profit as a small business owner. Having been brought up in a household where my dad worked all hours for himself I appreciated this gesture. Amazing is all I can say from start to finish...oh and the most competitive price around!!!

The whole experience from telephoning… The whole experience from telephoning for an oil boiler service, doing the service and clearing up, receiving an invoice was very professional. Everything was explained and I was able to ask questions and get answers. The bill at the end was reasonable and I never felt ripped off!

The most helpful and reliable Plumber/Heating engineer we know We have had Lee out 3 times to our house now for renovations and upgrades and more recently an emergency and he and Sharon who arranges everything are so helpful and accommodating. I could not recommend them enough for any work you need. I would say their prices are competitive but we don't shop around after the first visit due to the service you get from them. Would highly recommend What a refreshing change! Actually sent me an itemized estimate of work required. Answers calls and even returns them. Honest, reliable with a sense of pride in his work. Quality of work was excellent. Had an oil tank replaced and moved. He also carried out a full service on the boiler and rectified several other problems for us. Would highly recommend.
