Outstanding sales and service with a sprinkle of down to earth!!! I just had to leave a review about Lee and his apprentice Callum. From the off Lee was honest, reliable and gave good old fashioned quality customer service. Lee was very informative and knew his stuff and explained things without blinding with science. At all times they were respectful of my home with even Callum waiting whilst I ate my lunch instead of pounding on the radiators. Sometimes it is the little things that go a long way.Even when the supplier let him down Lee decided,off his own back to help find a solution, putting in a better spec boiler even though I'm sure this impacted on his profit as a small business owner. Having been brought up in a household where my dad worked all hours for himself I appreciated this gesture. Amazing is all I can say from start to finish...oh and the most competitive price around!!!

You won’t find nicer or more helpful people people Just moved to the area and was trying to find someone to service my oil fired boiler , I phoned about 20 people with no luck and no interest then I spoke to Sharon at The Water Heating Company so friendly and helpful was a breath of fresh air , booked Lee her husband for the next day even though he was booked up Sharon fitted him in as my boiler needed a new pump , Lee was such a professional absolute wealth of knowledge and so friendly he’s done various jobs for us since and I cannot recommend him enough , keep up the good work Guys !
