Blue Raven provided exceptional service… Blue Raven provided exceptional service from start to finish. The response time for questions and follow-up was superb! Technical crew was friendly and the solar panels look amazing! The panels are all one color including equipment so the look uniform and great from all angles. I was initially nervous about having them on the front of the house but they look great. When calling to get help on direction to turn the on the help was amazing and she was patient and kind.

They ran into a hiccup, and had to replan how they were to be put on , made sure it was OK with myself and then put them on like nothing

They updated my electrical box for the… They updated my electrical box for the solar panel install. The electrician under size range breaker and was called out by inspector. They have sent an electrician out twice to replace this breaker, and both times, no work was completed. I also have a 240v air compressor circuit that has each leg wired to 2 completely separate breakers on different ends of the main panel as this is not a functioning 240v circuit and yet an electrician shows up and reports no work needed to be done. Everything about their response is wrong. For starters, after each electrician visit, there has never been an email stating why no work has been done and won't be able to provide proof of emails sent. 2nd, as an incompetent company, they refused to address the issue verbally they wired my 240v circuit for the air compressor wrong. Their electrician stated they can run new wire to our stove or replace or oven with a 30 amp stove. This is a company that can't honor what their employees are promising and need to get the hell out the way so honorable companies can do right by their customers paying $78k for a job. This place is clearly ran by someone with zero integrity as I have received responses that are flat out lies

Blue Raven is top notch! Everything has progressed exactly how it was explained. Thorough customer service from beginning to end.

Took them over 1yr 2mo to install the… Took them over 1yr 2mo to install the Solar Panels. Then an additional 6 months to get them operational. Said that during 1st Year I would get a Check for $188 a Month, which did not happen. Now they want me to start making payments
