We chose Blue Raven for our Solar installation. We looked at multiple companies but settled on Blue Raven. Our Case Manager, Caitlyn, answered all of our questions and stayed on top of the project from beginning to end. The Electrical crew that was sent to bring our electrical panel up to code was very professional and helpful. The permitting department took care of all our permitting needs. The installation crew was efficient and had the system installed and tested ahead of schedule. We are waiting for the final village approval and for ComEd to install the net metering device and then we will be up and running

Service Well, I had my project done in October 2023. The installers were great, everything was working great until March 2nd 2024. My system went down on the 2nd of March. Seems like Blue Ravens service department could care less. I called several times to get someone out to look at it. First I was told that it would take 7 to 10 days just to get on a list that would put me on a schedule. How ridiculous is that. They did have a person come out and change the circuit breaker to see if that was the issue, not the issue. So after all that they put me on the schedule for the 26th of March. So you can see how frustrating this is. I really think this is way to long for service. Just to clarify Blue Raven Solar is out of Salt Lake City, and I'm in Reno Nv. They could use several more technicians out this way.

They updated my electrical box for the… They updated my electrical box for the solar panel install. The electrician under size range breaker and was called out by inspector. They have sent an electrician out twice to replace this breaker, and both times, no work was completed. I also have a 240v air compressor circuit that has each leg wired to 2 completely separate breakers on different ends of the main panel as this is not a functioning 240v circuit and yet an electrician shows up and reports no work needed to be done. Everything about their response is wrong. For starters, after each electrician visit, there has never been an email stating why no work has been done and won't be able to provide proof of emails sent. 2nd, as an incompetent company, they refused to address the issue verbally they wired my 240v circuit for the air compressor wrong. Their electrician stated they can run new wire to our stove or replace or oven with a 30 amp stove. This is a company that can't honor what their employees are promising and need to get the hell out the way so honorable companies can do right by their customers paying $78k for a job. This place is clearly ran by someone with zero integrity as I have received responses that are flat out lies

We started this process March 2023 We started this process March 2023 - August of 23 we finally got our solar panels installed. They neglected to notice that our electrical panel needed to be upgraded, which delayed the process. After installation we noticed garbage was left on the roof and around our property and the metal roof was dented where they walked. I have reported the issues - we will see how it gets rectified. We still are not active with our panels, now we wait for inspection. Hopefully before winter we will be up and running.
