Delivered on every promise made All basement leaks stopped by Mid-Atlantic as promised. after installation of perimeter drain / sump pump system still has water seeping through crack in foundation. Service call was made and Mid-Atlantic came and applied a carbon fiber epoxy sealant to inside wall over crack. Wall seepage stopped instantly and has not resumed. Not a drop of water anywhere in basement since. One of the best cap-improvements we have made to house since purchase in 2006.

Overall pleased with service Overall pleased with service. No water in basement so far post 3 months. Took longer than quoted and back porch was ruined from concrete footprints but will repaint hopefully this spring/summer. The workers were very respectful and mindful of my cats as they were coming and going.

Overall Overall: good experience. Cliff and gang- hard workers. They were responsive and helpful. Time estimate for the completion of the work was way under the was stated originally. Calls to the office in York, Pa to resolve some issues after the work was completed were not returned in a timely manner. I had to keep calling. I also had to call numerous times to get names of former customers who i could call for a reference of the work you did for them. I did call Better Business to ascertain your rating.

Fraudulently Misrepesents work being done by in-house team. Leaves houses in shambles The charge an excessive amount by fraudulently misrepresenting themselves as a home remodeling company when all they do is manufacture the parts and farm out the work to hired hands. They leave your house a disaster area. Do not clean up and leave your belongings in a pile covered with cement dust.. They strong arm payment and refuse to reimburse for extensive damage done to your home and belongings. They removed a nearly brand new $6,000 system from another company and did $2,000 worth of damage to my flooring. The contract said to install new pumps not replace .

System installation was delayed due to… System installation was delayed due to transportation issues, but 2nd attempt was executed on time. System in place for 2 months - haven't seen a drop of water in the area. Also there is no water yet coming into the sump basin yet. Maybe it's a time of year thing, but everything is bone dry so far.
