They have no way to flag fake reviews They have no way to flag fake reviews. There is one particular contractor that obviously has fake reviews up on Buildzoom, but they have done nothing to remove them or to review them even after repeated emails. DON'T TRUST THE REVIEWS, THEY COULD BE FAKE.

Hired Mitchell's Masonry Jon Mitchell and his associate Mark did repairs on my Chimney Oct. 4-7 & 10, 11. The repairs consisted of demo crown & replace, tuck point mortar joints on entire chimney, fix busted stones, and seal chimney. Both gentlemen are hard working professionals in their field of masonry expertise. I hired the best and the final results of the chimney repair was outstanding! Super great job! I highly recommend their services.

It was a waste of time I'm glad I found out how ignorant, unprofessional and rude they are before going into business w them! I wrote in re getting a "rebuilt" Lanai and the guy screening the call was wasting my time asking questions that are common sense if he read what I wrote such as: How many rooms do you want? And is this your first lanai, and Have you had it rebuilt before, etc. And when I asked him why he's asking illogical questions he hung up. I won't go into business with them based on his behavior.

BZ had the right amount of checks and balances that assured me their reviews were legit—I'll probably look for local contractor reviews here in the future.

Worth it! These guys found 5 contractors to bid my project and most of them were more cost effective than the 2 quotes I already had. Even with their fee, I saved money. I also got a high-quality forever addition with a contractor that I love. This was such a great service.
