Caldwell Consulting is top of the line! By Carol B. February 14, 2024 Install A Washer/Dryer $1,600 This is the second time I have contacted Eli because of the professional job he had done on my chimney and living room ceiling. Caldwell Consulting is top of the line!! This time I needed a new washer/dryer installed where he needed to create an area behind the washer/dryer for plumbing, vents, exhaust system, etc. Eli has become my forever contractor!!! I have a few projects coming up and I only need to make one phone call for each.

Consiglio Home Services - refurbishing and painting of half bath Chris from Consiglio Home Services and his team Mike, Rob and Ryan did an excellent job with the Sheetrock repair and painting of our half bath. They were not only very professional but very personable. They communicated when the work would start, they were prompt and careful to protect the access area to the work area. Each day they took extra care to clean up. The finished product was perfect. I would highly recommend them for home projects

BuildZoom is good at finding dependable licensed contractors with a great reputation and track record, but I wouldn't recommend paying extra for the premium services! Update... The last thing I will add is that I'm sure I'm going to get a comment by BuildZoom on how this was my fault and how they did things right and kept my money. Be aware! Read the other negative reviews! A lot of people feel the same way, and BuildZoom just comes back with the same excuse after the same excuse. They should post the recordings of my weekly video calls with BuildZoom for all of you to see, but they won't. There are positive reviews on here, but be careful because once you pay them that large sum of money, you will never see it back no matter how horrible the service is!!! BuildZoom sounded great at the beginning. It's funny what a salesperson can do sometimes. However, my experience was anything but great! The beginning was good with the introduction to dependable licensed contractors with a great reputation and track record. One of these contractors I really liked and ended up working with him. BuildZoom set up these weekly calls and for a month plus, no progress! It was so disappointing to hear the same update week after week with BuildZoom still having the same action items. I was so frustrated as I paid a decent amount of money to work with them and in my opinion they were causing too many delays, were extremely disorganized and really wasting my time to be on these calls. The contractor I wanted to work with backed out as another job came up because the process was taking too long. I informed BuildZoom that we were no longer moving forward with this project scope and were not interested in working with them anymore. They were unwilling to refund any of my money for my concerns and displeasure and my wife and I had to lose out on about $5,000 for a service that was never provided! A couple of months later my wife and I decided to revisit, but with a different scope of work as we wanted to figure out our needs vs wants to bring down the costs. I called the contractor back that I liked and said that I'm not working with BuildZoom anymore, not moving forward with the original scope, but have a new scope of work. We came to an agreement and finally the project was completed. After the project was completed, BuildZoom reached out to the contractor for a fee even though it wasn't the original scope, and I hired him personally on a different project. How did BuildZoom find out? They did some digging to see that a permit was pulled. Not only did I lose $5,000, they went after my contractor for a fee on a different scope of work after I stopped working with them. I did try to express my displeasure again in hopes to get some of the $5,000 refunded, but they weren't willing to work with me at all. I wasn't asking for the whole thing as if it wasn't for them, I wouldn't have met that contractor.

Wrong person! Ryone Building and Maintenance LLC was owned by me..Allen Eugene Ryone from 1970-20006 based at 169 Fiddlers Lane in Brewster Mass. Was given to my son Allen James Ryone in 2006 and he lives at 123 Donahue Road in Brewster Mass. Negative comments should be directed to him as owner after 2006. Phone number 508-896-5586 is for me and my company which was formed in 2008ish…Ryone Renovations LLC. Would appreciate positive or negative comments to be directed to proper company. No building business at 169 Fiddlers Lane since app. 2010. Thank you Allen E Ryone
