It was a waste of time I'm glad I found out how ignorant, unprofessional and rude they are before going into business w them! I wrote in re getting a "rebuilt" Lanai and the guy screening the call was wasting my time asking questions that are common sense if he read what I wrote such as: How many rooms do you want? And is this your first lanai, and Have you had it rebuilt before, etc. And when I asked him why he's asking illogical questions he hung up. I won't go into business with them based on his behavior.

Caldwell Consulting is top of the line!! This time I needed a new washer/dryer installed where he needed to create an area behind the washer/dryer for plumbing, vents, exhaust system, etc. Eli has become my forever contractor!!! I have a few projects coming up and I only need to make one phone call for each.
