The craftsmanship in building the… The craftsmanship in building the fittings is really great. Customer service is a bit lacking. I placed my order the first week of April and didn't receive for almost 4 weeks and had to almost beg for someone to return my request for an update - no one ever picks up the phone and I'm guessing they don't listen to VMs either... and the service ticketing portal is just as bad. Again, great craftsmanship, but terrible customer support.
