Great for do it yourselfers too I am not a professional in the sheet metal business. I had some not quite right things up in my attic and it didn't take a professional to realize that. I went on their site and found the parts to make all the connections properly. Prices were good as well.

Terrible customer service response to inquiries After placing the order, didn’t hear anything back about a date when the parts would come in, use the online messaging and left messages on the phone system multiple times and never got a response. Finally message to cancel the order and later that day, got the confirmation that the order was shipped. Extremely annoyed because we could’ve made the stuff ourselves much sooner had we known it was gonna take this long. It appeared that we were buying some thing off the shelf and obviously with 2+ weeks to ship that wasn’t the case

Quality product It took a few days to ship but I received a tracking number and the item arrived about 10 days after ordering it. This was my second purchase from them in 2 months and I would definitely order from them again if needed.

They had exactly what I needed, a price that was affordable, and shipping that was fast. They also had an easily navigated website with secure purchasing. When the part arrived, it was better than expected and it fit perfectly.

I even emailed to cancel my order and no response. Parts finally arrived and one is not correct. I ended up spending more to get the right part from a reputable supplier.
