GBTotally bugged useless app They were great at the start of the Covid when I started using it for receipt scanning points. Receiving lots of little payouts like $5-$10 Amazon-other gift cards I could use online or for physical merchant purchases.... until they weren't. Fast fwd 2024, they've turned to junk, with e-receipts never connecting including Amazon. Just sit on your phone spinning into oblivion, or crashing the app all together. Many screenshots taken before contacting their said Support - a lame-*** ticket you don't know even processes until you receive a 2nd BOT response in your email that they're "working on it...their apologies" blah blah. Then zero follow-up. Their Playstore ratings used to be a stellar 4.7. Now it's a lame 3.8 if that tells you anything... Totally no longer worth it. Can't even cash in my current points.

GBI love receipt hog and the customer… I love receipt hog and the customer service has been great so far. The representative helped me to update my phone number, which is necessary for cashing out. I’d recommend this app for earning extra cash through purchases you already make.

GBThe app is easy to use but.... The app is easy to use. The rewards are incredibly low. The rewards are also low. On many occasions, I was asked to submit my annual income. I do not disclose this information unless it is needed for a transaction. Accumulating receipt points does not warrant the need for my income level. It doesn't have an option like many places for you to choose "I do not wish to answer."Additionally, it would not let me proceed without answering which I did not!

GBI have been using for 10 years I have been using for 10 years. Please do not download this app. The customer service is terrible and nonexistent. The app glitches and they will not credit your account. It takes several tries to get an emailed response. They do not payout your money. Emailed again with no resolution. As stated above, do not download app or sign up. Cheers.

GBThey contacted me and reissued another card and it worked!!! Thank you for following up! I’m back to the Receipt Hog! I got my first $40, but when I submitted 2nd time for $40. I received an email confirmation that my process would take a week and I would receive my reward of $40. However, I have never received my second $40 reward. I contacted customer service multiples times through emails. NO ANSWERS. After this review, customer rep Blessy emailed me that the reward link has been resent. Another rep emailed me and corrected their mistakes, I got my $40 reward. So I changed my review!
