GBI’ve been using this app for years! I’ve been using this app for years. I decided to delete other apps that require specific purchases to earn rewards. I like uploading any receipt. I also appreciate the new recent features that allow me to earn more points. I can’t find anything negative to say about it. This app has truly been a lifesaver for me. It has provided proof of purchase at major stores when I’ve lost receipts. They accepted my clear photo from the app.

GBSince mandated Google 2 step… Since mandated Google 2 step authentication in May 2022, I can no longer have my e-receipts scanned by Receipt Hog. I don't have this issue with any other apps, most of them require 2 step authentication. I've contacted tech support via the app several times and the only 2 solutions so far is for me to try the same things I've advised I've already tried dozens of times or to wait until the issue is fixed. (Message received with each attempted log in) "It appears your authentication credentials are invalid. Please try again later."

GBI got locked out all of sudden b cause… I got locked out all of sudden b cause of their password update program error? Requested help two times two weeks ago. No one hasn’t reached out to me yet. I read that customer service agent helped other reviewers. I guess there is only one person in customer service dept. I had $160 in my receipt hog account. Update I was able to reset my password by clicking the reset button. How could i not see that before??? Maybe i was in panic. But still no customer service yet.

GBTotally bugged useless app They were great at the start of the Covid when I started using it for receipt scanning points. Receiving lots of little payouts like $5-$10 Amazon-other gift cards I could use online or for physical merchant purchases.... until they weren't. Fast fwd 2024, they've turned to junk, with e-receipts never connecting including Amazon. Just sit on your phone spinning into oblivion, or crashing the app all together. Many screenshots taken before contacting their said Support - a lame-*** ticket you don't know even processes until you receive a 2nd BOT response in your email that they're "working on it...their apologies" blah blah. Then zero follow-up. Their Playstore ratings used to be a stellar 4.7. Now it's a lame 3.8 if that tells you anything... Totally no longer worth it. Can't even cash in my current points.

GBCoins Every since the first of the month I only get 1 or 5 points on every receipt. Before that it was based on the total of the receipt for the first hundred, then 5 for the other receipts till you get to 20 receipts. It took away my progressive bar that resets every 8 days to show when you get your hundred points. I have reset the app 2 times abd nothing works. I have always loved receipt hog and never had any problems. If you are suppose to get the first hundred points based on the total amount of each receipt, you should be able to fix this problem. It states less than $10.00 - 5 coins. 10.00-49.99-10 coins,50.00-99.99 -15 coins, over 100.00 - 20 coins. Then 5 coins for all other receipts. Can you not fix this problem and make this good as it was.
