Bathrooms for Glamping I ordered bathrooms made out of a 20 ft container from Bob's Containers. We started working together in January of 2022. My Container was delivered on July 14th 2022. Overall, I love my bathrooms. I upgraded the tile and went with commercial grade toilets. Everything looks nice and well made. The reasons I took off stars is that communication was a struggle. I did like the coconstruct app they use, but sometimes it was difficult to get a response and I didn't receive many updates that I hadn't asked for at least once. They did not install the towel hangers I paid for and I haven't gotten a refund. That was disappointing. I would have also liked a better layout and floorplan set to me for permitting, but that might have been available through a different invoice. It did take longer then I hoped, although the timing worked out in my favor after all. I do feel David Salinas was the best at Customer service and being helpful. If I was closer in proximity to Bob's I would definitely order from them again, but being over 1,000 miles away makes it hard on both ends to communicate in a way that benefits both parties as needed.

PONZI SCHEME!! PONZI SCHEME!!! They stole my money for a build, so I have been reaching out to current and previous customers and employees and have come to several conclusions. They are using old clients money to pay for new project's builds. They are lying to new customers, clients, and investors. They cannot even afford to process regular payroll. It is expected that the company go under shortly, especially after suspected fraud. Also, they are paying under minimum wage for international outsourced employees. They are living in storage containers with no running water on the site. This company is COMPLETELY unethical. The only way to get your money back is to hire a lawyer, and they have several active lawsuits so good luck. STRONG REC TO NOT USE.

These people are crooks These people are crooks. I have a 85k judgment against them for breach of contract. I also have been contacted by someone else with the same problem.

Avoid Bob's Containers Avoid Bob's Containers, support team communication is poor, warranty request overridden by Bob. Support team contractors for warranty request can be overridden by Bob. They have started to advertise for Extended warranty periods. Avoid. Purchased container, delivered and placed on level concrete pad by their support team, who damaged an area where 2 warranty request were submitted. Same request for flooring submitted 4 months later after attempt to fix it the first time failed. Do not recommend this company. Avoid Bob's Containers.

Very happy with the product and service… Very happy with the product and service I received from the Bob's team. Very responsive throughout the build process and I ended up with a quality container home. The attention to detail is exceptional. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get into the short-term rental industry.
