Being first-time customers Being first-time customers, we many questions along the way. Our experience with Green Solar Tech was great because of Anthony. From beginning to end, he communicated very well with us and was always professional. He always kept us up to date with what was going on. We had on small issue that my wife and I were concerned about. After one call to Anthony, he called his foreman who quickly sorted problem. He called us back that same morning to let us know the issue had been resolved. That was typical of his response throughout the job. I would highly recommend Anthony to anyone.

I got my panels almost 3 years ago and… I got my panels almost 3 years ago and they were working ok,, now they told me something is wrong with one of the inverters, so they supposed to change it, they noticed this happening 5 months ago, until now no body had show to do anything, I had been calling them and when answering they blame other department for it and the problem still on my system. They give you a warranty they will work on it and after they don't care. I have a friend who has a different company and that company had been more reliable for them. I am very disappointed with green solar.

Superior product and Knowledge. I have to say this company, managers, subvendors etc have been a absolute please to work with in all directions. Communication, efficiency, teamwork, and education have been all above and beyond my expectations. I am new to the solar world and now feel like I have a firm grasp on the knowledge needed to run my system along with its fit and function. $37k seems like a lot to most but money well spent in my opinion. The product and installation seems to… The product and installation seems to be the best made. The formal PM did not do the right thing by us. Yet Gus worked everything out. The payment on rebates or money document signed has taken way to long for common sence. Hope the future dealings will be more professional and accurately timed on payments.

Horrible! Wow, I cannot say how sorry I am that we ever chose this company for our solar array. 2 1/2 years ago our solar array that Green Solar had installed flipped upside down in the wind because the rack failed, destroying $30,000 worth of solar panels we had installed just 3 months prior. We have been fighting with Green Solar ever since and have gotten the run around month after month after month while we continue to have to pay off the solar panels AND pay our electric bill. The rack that they installed failed. We have called countless times and are given new numbers of new people to talk to, who all reassure us that it is taken care of, the installer meanwhile has gone out of business, and we are beyond frustrated that we are paying every month for a solar array that is crushed, stacked, waiting to be inspected in the back of the barn. Don’t ever choose Green Solar. I’m determined to spread the word.
