My system has been down not working at… My system has been down not working at all for 19 months out of 23 and counting. Do not expect service after the sell folks. Now they won't answer my calls or return my calls. I'm filing papers on them next week. So sad they have no companies in pa. That will even service their systems, they refuse to work for them. So here's what you get. Terrible company. Save your sanity and $$$ don't buy a system from them . Period

However I think it might be better to hold on to the replacement for a bit longer in case it is needed and the vacuum cleaner fails . I cannot be sure that my husband either knew what happened or actually did anything useful to the electrics when he tried to remove the battery. But it now WORKS ! Marna.

Horrible! Wow, I cannot say how sorry I am that we ever chose this company for our solar array. 2 1/2 years ago our solar array that Green Solar had installed flipped upside down in the wind because the rack failed, destroying $30,000 worth of solar panels we had installed just 3 months prior. We have been fighting with Green Solar ever since and have gotten the run around month after month after month while we continue to have to pay off the solar panels AND pay our electric bill. The rack that they installed failed. We have called countless times and are given new numbers of new people to talk to, who all reassure us that it is taken care of, the installer meanwhile has gone out of business, and we are beyond frustrated that we are paying every month for a solar array that is crushed, stacked, waiting to be inspected in the back of the barn. Don’t ever choose Green Solar. I’m determined to spread the word.

I have had problems with green solar technology fot over 16 months now. 14 panels have been down and they do nothing but lie and promise to repair. I want to sue them. Lets sue these scammers and get our money back. I am paying more then double on my light now. All they do is lie

Solar intstl thoughts We had weather delays installing our raised ridge roof prior to the solar installation, but, when it was finished, the solar proceeded along with weather delays being the major impediment. (Extremely hot, sporadic rains, no roof work on wet steel roof.) Once installed, everything worked as expected. All of our concerns were quickly addressed during installation. Permitting and inspections were timely and went well. Since turn on, it has just sat there and chugged away making electricity when the sun shines. Would recommend everyone involved.
