GBThese are great people and have a lot… These are great people and have a lot of information to share. I was struggling with gym equipment workouts and Megan set up workouts for me and made the experience very easy to follow I have since lost weight and gained definition in my upper body. If you have mixed feelings about joining their team and learning the wealth of knowledge they have, don’t they are good people.

GBSimply the best It took me almost a year to sign up after talking with Trami on instagram. She kept checking in on me as I was doing things on my own. I finally agreed to a call with rob and he made me feel this was the right choice for me and made sure we were a good fit for each other. Megan is my trainer and she is awesome the check ins make me accountable and the workouts she gives me are challenging and producing results The weekly group sessions are very informative and help with the process along the way I’m not starving at all and able to eat things I enjoy. After 3 months I’m down over 30 pounds and getting stronger. I have more energy each day and feel great overall. I would highly recommend trying if you’re looking for a program that works.
