The new Palm is nothing short of… The new Palm is nothing short of fantastic. It's lighter, easier to hold and position and the adjustability of the settings makes it the easiest Infratonic device ever. My husband and I have a hard time deciding who will get to use it every night. It seems to be even better at managing pain, especially for my arthritis . It's been almost 20 years since I purchased my first machine and the Chi Institute has always been there for advice and support the few times that I have needed help. Just can't say enough good things . . .

Terribly made The old infratonic was made so well. This one has a hole in the back that they covered with a sticker. The sticker of course gets warm against your skin and comes off. All you can expect as far as repair is to have another sticker sent to you. I have had 4 of these machines. All were worth it but this one. Shame.

Both my wife and I use it every couple… Both my husband and I use it every couple of days for over an hour at a time. He has some discomfort with digestion and heaviness in his body from Parkinson disease. I walk a lot and have a tendency towards getting shin splints and plantar fascitis in the past, with tense achilles and calves.
