A+ service from our purchase to… A+ service from our purchase to delivery. We bought our Daiwa Legacy 4 massage chair at the San Diego Fair. Makaso was fabulous and very professional. The delivery team (Javier and his partner) were awesome. Next day we called technical support because the right speaker was defective. The new one arrived the next day! Highly Recommend Daiwa Hybrid Supreme Tested the Daiwa Hybrid Supreme at Sam's Club in Port Charlotte, FL. Angela was extemely helpful answering all my questions about this top of the line chair with all the bells & whistles. Purchased at a great price & delivered in less than a week. Jose & Fabian communicated exactly what time they would be arriving, carefully unpacked the boxes and bringing in each part not to damage any pieces. Jose explained how to remove the top piece to move it through the doorway and made sure I understood, but reassured me that the could help move to a different location in the future. He then went over the instructions for use with lots of tips, made sure I had the customer service number should I have any questions. Highly recommend this chair!

Not sure how we lived without this! We have had our chair for about 2 weeks now and it has been used just about every day by each of us. The professionalism of the company from the salesperson, Michael, to the delivery by Christopher and Genesis was top notch. We love the ease of use and all of the different options available to choose such as focus on different areas of the body, heat, stretching, massage,etc. So happy that we made this purchase!

My husband is loving his new massage… My husband is loving his new massage chair. He works hard both in the office and on remodeling out home, so it has been a godsend. He's smiling more and taking less Tylonol (and drinking less whiskey LOL). We hadn't planned on buying one so soon, but we met an incredible salesman at the Seattle home show, and he sold us on all the benefits. It was the only thing we bought at the show. We're especially happy with the fact that my husband fits into it being that he's 6'5" tall!
