GBAn investment in health offers the greatest ROI Most of us understand the benefit of investing in education - we invest time and money to learn a skill that enables us to earn more money to pay for life. The only return greater than a financial return like this is a fitness return that extends our life and extends the quality of our life. Despite that, many aren't willing to invest a modest amount of money to gain the education needed to achieve it. PD's program is great, not only because of the breadth of information he provides, but also because it's delivered in short bite size modules that makes it easy to consume. The structure also ensured that I continued to have the same success after the program that I had during the program. This has been the best return on investment I've ever had.

His goal is "to teach you how to fish" - work out on your own and modify your diet accordingly. I also preferred the set up of having him as a trainer on line and not in person.
