GBHad my first appointment with a… Had my first appointment with a provided on Mochi. The initial appointment took a while and the wait to see a doctor was 3 weeks. The visit was informative and she was so nice and kind. We went over all of my information and goals, and she was as excited as I am to get started on helping me achieve a new goal in my life. Looking forward to starting the medication and seeing progress.

GBBAD customer service &broken promises I joined and did a 3 month subscription. I had alot of questions and called customer service. The lady I spoke to barely spoke English and I couldn’t understand her. I Was promised a call back with an hour by a supervisor cause I had questions- never received a call back. Have sent multiple emails and no response. I finally got a call back and none of my questions were answered, very evasive. I am a new client and paid for 3 month subscription but can’t see a nutritionist for over 2 weeks (so obviously won’t get medication for 3-4 weeks) because they don’t have any openings on schedule- so why am I being charged for a subscription I can’t even use….bad customer service and broken promises. And now I found out the nutritionist can’t prescribe medications so won’t even do me any good, who am I suppose to talk to? LOTS of other companies out there that offer same service. Gotta be better than mochi health
