I should have read reviews before I… I should have read reviews before I joined and not listened to the Instagram hype. This was more frustrating and all I lost was fee for doctor and medications I never received. Canceled my subscription and never received my medication.

So far great! Caitlin my nutritionist was great! She was attentive, informative and answered any questions I had. She let me know how to reach out with any additional questions i might have through my weightloss journey. My provider Rhonda was also great, went through all my intake questions, answered my concerns, and advised on my next steps! The whole process so far with Mochi has been wonderful

INITIAL CONSULT Dr. Frazier was very nice. Knowing I was on 5mg of zepbound for less than 1 month, she did ask if I wanted to titrate to 7.5mg - wasn't sure if that's an upsell required of her, but thought that was a little weird since i just started. Otherwise she was very nice.

Dr Lucan is phenomenal Dr Lucan is phenomenal, typically I dread doctors, I thoroughly enjoy my appointments with him. Mochi as a whole is great and very responsive, ordering a compound is also easy and quick as well. I typically use my insurance but with drug shortages the compound is a painless alternative. Happy overall with mochi and their providers.
