Great trainers and app, highly recommend I have been worked with a Copilot trainer for almost a year now and have loved the experience, convenience, and affordability of having a personal trainer and accountability partner through the power of the app. I signed up for Copilot after having a baby to help me get back into a fitness routine. My experience with the trainers I’ve been assigned with has been excellent; they are understanding and motivating. Highly recommend Copilot for anyone who wants to meet their fitness goals.

Great app to achieve fitness goals I’ve really enjoyed CoPilot for reaching my fitness goals. My coach, Dylan, creates great programs for me that keep me engaged. Dylan also consistently follows up with me on how my workouts go and my progress. Overall, I’ve found the CoPilot app to be really good. I like the interface and how each of the workouts has an example for me to follow.

You get what you pay for and more. I thought this was going to be a pay for it and they give you a set it and forget it plan. But my coach sends me messages and updated my plan as needed based on my feedback.

it's ok it can answer most questions… it's ok it can answer most questions but it terminates if the question is a mature subject I think they should not have as many restrictions I'm an adult with no children it can't be dependent on if the topic is a mature subject

My co-pilot experience was mixed My co-pilot experience was mixed. I loved the idea of a coaching app, but I felt both coaches I tried were kind of slack-y with advancing my workout difficulty and variety. Changes that were requested were not added until another reminder was given. Who wants to do that? After 9 months of giving it a chance, I switched to the (much less expensive) STRONG app to create my own interesting workouts that I can advance and change as needed. I would encourage CoPilot to make sure they have built-in ways to comment on how you feel you are progressing. And encourage coaches to be asking for this feedback as well. I received weekly standard "cut and paste" motivational posts, but what I needed was the coaches' attention to detail and my progress. Other participants have had a completely different experience, so I would encourage a 3 months subscription- being sure you understand how to cancel when it approaches the end. It might be just the ticket for you.
