As an older user [76years] I have used… As an older user [76years] I have used copilot extensively. It's a fact that without this aid I would be lost & have to revert from windows 11 too I don't know where or when. It's response to my questions [some of which are at the most basic level]is is excellent [& I don't get reprimanded for repeating my requests].

An excellent workout and health app An excellent workout and health app! I love having a real life coach to create my workout plan, give advice, and encourage my progress. The workout app works very well and is easy to use and navigate.

Great trainers and app, highly recommend I have been worked with a Copilot trainer for almost a year now and have loved the experience, convenience, and affordability of having a personal trainer and accountability partner through the power of the app. I signed up for Copilot after having a baby to help me get back into a fitness routine. My experience with the trainers I’ve been assigned with has been excellent; they are understanding and motivating. Highly recommend Copilot for anyone who wants to meet their fitness goals.

Great fitness app I‘m reviewing the fitness app, not the Microsoft AI service, which some of the other reviews seem to mistakenly address. I found the app, because a YouTuber recommended it and tried to do some research before signing up, but there weren‘t too many reviews out there, so I decided to just test it (there is a free trial period). More than three months later, I am still using it. I have a very hard time with consistently exercising, but the individual workouts I can do from home have really helped me to stick with it. My trainer is very nice and checks in regularly. When I signed up for a run, she adjusted the training plan and when I needed to do physical therapy exercises, she added those as well, so it‘s easier for me to stick with them. I also like the flexible subscription service, though I plan to stay with them! There are some minor issues I have with the app, and of course the trainer can’t correct my form as if they were there in person, but overall everything works just fine and I think the price is fair for what is offered (though I hope it won‘t increase, so I can keep affording it). I already feel fitter than when I started out a few months ago and look forward to getting even healthier. Thanks for such a great concept!

CoPilot is a great workout app! I think the best part of the app is the accountability. Lifting weights is very good for us, but I've always struggled at being consistent. I would do the same exercises for a couple weeks, get bored and stop. Now, I have the knowledge base of my coach to serve up new, interesting and challenging workouts. I never get bored of the workouts and my coach knows when to push me to excel and when I need to scale back. Love this for a workout app!
