GBThis is a great fitness app This is a great fitness app. For a very reasonable cost you get daily workouts and the support and guidance of a certified trainer. Big fan.

GBAs an older user [76years] I have used… As an older user [76years] I have used copilot extensively. It's a fact that without this aid I would be lost & have to revert from windows 11 too I don't know where or when. It's response to my questions [some of which are at the most basic level]is is excellent [& I don't get reprimanded for repeating my requests].

GBThis is a review for the CoPilot… This is a review for the CoPilot workout app (as opposed to Copilot, the AI tool from Microsoft--there seems to be some confusion there--notice the capital "P"!) I have been using CoPilot first on Android and currently on iOS for nearly two years, and I must say, it is the best remote personal training app for the buck. It is about half the price monthly compared to the other ones, and provides nearly all of the same features. My coach/trainer is helpful and checks in every day. With iOS, there is the added benefit that if you use Apple Watch, the accelerometer is utilized to provide exercise movement feedback. My workouts are suited for my goals, and I have seen a lot of improvement as a 50-something male in the strength department. I would definitely recommend CoPilot to those who want to get serious about their fitness, but are a bit apprehensive (and budget-constrained) to meet in person with a personal trainer.

GBCoPilot is a great workout app! I think the best part of the app is the accountability. Lifting weights is very good for us, but I've always struggled at being consistent. I would do the same exercises for a couple weeks, get bored and stop. Now, I have the knowledge base of my coach to serve up new, interesting and challenging workouts. I never get bored of the workouts and my coach knows when to push me to excel and when I need to scale back. Love this for a workout app!

GBit's ok it can answer most questions… it's ok it can answer most questions but it terminates if the question is a mature subject I think they should not have as many restrictions I'm an adult with no children it can't be dependent on if the topic is a mature subject
