There was a slight issue with initial order, however GembaRed’s customer service responded within an hour and corrected the issue immediately. My experince with Gembared.com was… My experince with Gembared.com was almst good. Prices were resonable and the range of prodcts was quite wid. Selection was quite satisfiyng too. My product was despatched on time. The only downside was that the process was a bit lenthy. Packging could be better. Overall I am satified with my experience but I hope for it to be improved further.

I’ve had my Gembared for two years now I’ve had my Gembared for two years now, but before that I would use one at a local health store or my friend’s fitness studio. Great product, affordable price, and so much research and effort is constantly demonstrated to improve/test this brand. This is the only red light brand that I recommend to friends/family. I can’t wait to get the reading light for my daughter & I.

I think it really worked! I got a Groove panel for my husband when he was dealing with a small bowel obstruction. We thought he was going to need surgery to fix it, but after using red light daily, the scar tissue that was causing the obstruction relaxed. I can’t say *for sure* that it was the red light that did it, but knowing that targeting inflammation and scar tissue is one of the aims of red light therapy, I’m confident it played a role. Now I use it daily myself for general wellness!

I had an ordinar experience wih… I had an ordinar experience wih Gembared.com. Not to excelent but almost good. The staff were polite, and teh selection availble was sizable. The website design of the conten was nice, but was fairly challenging to naviagate through sometimes. This didn't detract from my over all experience too much. There were some spelling mistakes on some of the product advertiesments, but they were minor. Overall, an acceptalble experienc.
