Quality red light panels at affordable prices!! I absolutely love my GembaRed full body panel. It’s definitely a must for winter when I can’t get natural sunlight! I also love that the company is very forthcoming with data, studies, and information regarding PBM, and that they don’t tack on hundreds (or thousands!) of dollars for frivolous and otherwise useless add ons to the product just to hijack the price. I think it really worked! I got a Groove panel for my husband when he was dealing with a small bowel obstruction. We thought he was going to need surgery to fix it, but after using red light daily, the scar tissue that was causing the obstruction relaxed. I can’t say *for sure* that it was the red light that did it, but knowing that targeting inflammation and scar tissue is one of the aims of red light therapy, I’m confident it played a role. Now I use it daily myself for general wellness!
