The customer service was good enough and they answeared all my questions in a tiomely manner. Overall, not bad, but defenitely can improove - there are alawys some room for imporvment. So, if you're not in rush, I'd defenitely recomend givin them a shhot. Speeling mistakes intenational.

My product was despatched on time. The only downside was that the process was a bit lenthy. Packging could be better. Overall I am satified with my experience but I hope for it to be improved further.

I needed a proper red-light panel as I had a procedure for a type if Sclerosis on my skin. It cut my recovery time in half and I use the panel 5 days a week for the last 10 months to maintain and keep my condition at bay. Its an excellent panel (I have the Groove) and far better than anything I have researched. Highly recommended.
