Highly recommend Highly recommend! Kyle is a fantastic coach, very knowledgeable. He makes getting in shape feel like natural and easy. The meal plans are incredible, I never got sick of the food. While also never feeling like I was starving. I worked with Kyle for 4 months, lost 12 pounds while gaining muscle. Was a life changing experience, and I feel prepared to continue my journey with confidence that I'll reach what ever goal I want. Thank you Kyle!

Results are what I wanted and that is what I'm getting with Kyle I have worked with a few online trainers in the past, but Kyle is the first trainer that has connected with me, on my needs and what I’m looking for. In the past 8 weeks I have lost just over 10 pounds and he is expecting me to lose another 5 pounds and I am loving the encouragement. He is also good at adjusting my program with what my body can do. I’m not meaning he is making the program easier but just selecting other exercises that will still get me to where he knows I can be. Not to mention a great app and weekly Zoom calls have been key. He goes through my progress for the prior week and talks with me on what I can do this week, to push myself. I've even texted him throughout the week on questions and he is quick at responding. I am so glad I’ve been able to work with Kyle and excited to see what we will achieve together.

I was coached my Kyle for 4 month and lost 27lbs. I was coached my Kyle for 4 month and lost 27lbs. To me, it is imperative to follow the instructions given and for the most part I did. Kyle was very approachable, flexible and willing to offer solutions to challenges that I faced throughout this journey. He provided me with the tools and knowledge to lose fat and even though I'm not at my goal yet, I've made significant progress with Kyle. Never once did I feel as though I was being chastised for not meeting a goal; instead we spoke about ways to overcome obstacles and I think that was paramount to the success I achieved. I would recommend Kyle to anyone who wants to start their fitness journey. Once you're dedicated, the results will follow.

Tired on not seeing results… I was tired of not seeing the gains I wanted, along with the weight loss I wanted to achieve. In early May, I took a leap of faith and started looking for a coach. Reached out to Kyle who not only answered all my questions, but he obtained my goals/what I was looking to accomplish. Needless to say, I signed up and started working with him. I quickly realized he had a passion not only for wanting to help me with my fitness goals, but also for providing me the tools necessary to utilize the gym equipment, and supplements safely. Food is a big part of the process and Kyle takes the guess work out of it. Weekly 1:1 meetings to help keep you on goal and motivated. Had a question once about working out biceps and he txted me back within minutes. Only to learn later, he was getting married that day! Dedicated! Jumping forward to 16 weeks later and I’m excited to say that i made great strides. Lost inches in my waist, and gained muscle mass inches in my upper/lower body. He has consistently observed my progress over each session and continually adjusted the workouts and eating plans. Kyle really does whatever he can to help his clients realize their goals, and ACHIEVE them. His workouts are challenging, rewarding and done in a fun atmosphere. All the while he is there with words of encouragement to help you push yourself. Here is some advice I could offer to anyone who is looking for a coach. You can not go wrong with Kyle! He has an incredible foundation and plethora of knowledge, understands your goals along with any limitations, and really wants his clients to succeed! I'm just one of many success stories that Kyle has helped with! I can say without any hesitation that signing up for Kyle’s services, was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

Amazing Coach and Human Being … Kyle is a great coach and an even better human being. He takes his time to map out a fitness and nutrition plan that works for you. He offers suggestions when needed to help you attain your fitness goals. However, Kyle does not just treat you as a client. He treats you as friend who is invested in your physical and mental well-being. I would highly recommend Kyle for anyone who is seeking to get back on track with their fitness goals.
