I tried Total Restore for a month and… I tried Total Restore for a month and experienced a reduction in bloating and flatulence with increased energy levels. I decided to "take a month off" after the first month to see if my condition would change. After a week, I am ready to go back on the Total Restore, as my energy level and GI issues returned sooner than I expected.

Hitting On All Cylinders Dear Dr. Gundry, I started to respond to writing a review about 1 hour ago but I am so far behind this and other work that I am suspending efforts to complete everything. Great taste....but Great taste. So far all the supplements I am trying are great. My only issue is since adding prebioithrive I have extreme gas for entire morning? I add all the supplements to my morning Gundry protein shake. Before the prebotic powder all was good. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you Vickie

Impressive Results I had a repair of a large paraesophageal hernia, fundiplication and a peg tube x 6 weeks at the end of September 2022. I developed gastroparesis with incredible abd distention and very infreq BMs. I a started using lectin sheild with improvement. I added total gut restore and I am doing so much better. BMS Daily or every other day at a minimum, much less painful distension. Has not made the gastroparesis go totally away, but livable. Will be 65 in March, RN x 45 years and still working. I have suffered for many years with digestive issues and gut issues but after taking total restore and removing lectin foods from my diet I am a healed man.
