I found the buying process very pressurized, and I have not seen any benefits. The whole buying experience was a bit of a mess: my "initial" order was for about a 6 month supply. Somehow one of the orders was put on "refill" every month, so I got a notice to say my next 6 months stock was on its way about 3 weeks in. After a month, I do not perceive any differences, so I am about to request a refund on the initial order(s). I must admit, I found it very discouraging that after the hyped up sales pitch for the MCT product, once I ordered that I was offered more and mor things to ramp up effects! I used to be gym junkie 7 days a week… I used to be gym junkie 7 days a week endurance training then i met my hubbie & had 2 kids. I managed to lose the baby fat & on top of my game. Then i had 2 miscarriages both 3mths & my weight just snow balled then came covid & working from home. I have taken this for 1 week & my bloating has gone down dramatically & i am buzzing with energy. No weight loss yet, but my clothes are fitting better. This is the boost i needed & hooefully my wknds endurance training at the gym will start burning fat.

If your wanting to improve your health for the rest of your life to have a quality life, this is knowledge that is worth everything and it does not cost you a penny to read and understand and research it. It works and it is good for your body. No crazy components and weird tasting concoctions; this is real food used and the way your body works. Subscrption issue has been resolved. I bought one of their supplements and decided that after one bottle, I did not want to subscribe to buy more. I was getting constant emails and turned them off. Last week, I also logged in to my account to make sure that my subscription was cancelled. I took a a screenshot of the page saying "You don't have any subscriptions!" But today I received an email indicating that my subscription was on its way and my Paypal account was already debited. Contacting customer service accomplished nothing...now I will need to ship it back before any refund will be considered. THIS IS CRIMINAL. Edit: The customer relations team has reached out, apologized and escalated my concern. Thank you Aria. My refund has been processed.

It's been a little over a month I… It's been a little over a month I believe since I started Bio Complete and Total Restore and so far it really seems to be helping my digestive system, because I have suffered for years with IBS and it really seems to be working. It's also helped with my energy level, nothing drastically but a noticeable difference. Customer service was great.
