GBOpen Barre is my favorite workout! I've had the pleasure of being part of Andrea's Open Barre classes for several years, and it's been an incredible fitness journey! Andrea's science-based system, which incorporates a variety of class types targeting different muscle groups, sets these workouts apart. One aspect I truly appreciate is modifications and variations options that Andrea provides during workouts. During my pregnancy and postpartum periods, it was a lifesaver, ensuring I could perform them safely. The classes strike a balance between challenging and enjoyable. Andrea provides options for adjusting intensity using props and modifications, and she explains these choices clearly. I also took on a 6-week workout challenge with Andrea, as I needed some help into getting back to workout routing safely after I had my baby. Her personalized guidance and schedule were instrumental in improving my body composition and strength significantly. GBThe BEST experience with Open Barre! I’ve had an amazing experience with Open Barre Virtual. Andrea always changes up the choreography and I never feel like I’m taking the same class twice. Her workouts are also safe and effective for injuries. She often cues modifications for neck sensitivity which is so helpful! Andrea is extremely knowledgeable and the choreography in her workouts is well-researched and uses proper form (unlike a lot of other studios I’ve been to). She’s a wonderful and helpful teacher and I’m so glad I found her classes! Not to mention - the workouts also fly by with her fun playlists (I’m always looking up her music after class).

GBAwesome in many ways! Andrea is very knowledgeable and up to date on latest research regarding best ways to be physically fit so I know my time working out is being utilized to the fullest potential. She offers modifications so when I can’t quite keep up I can scale back a bit as needed. I have noticed such a positive difference in my health and strength by just doing 3 classes/week. And doing these at home saves driving time so only 45 min is needed. So convenient! I like doing the classes live (seems like I’m there in person somehow) but when I miss I can always pick one and do later. I’m addicted to these classes and how they make me feel!

GBBetter than other virtual classes I like the options for modifying, which is usually what is lacking in a virtual class. The options make the class feel personalized. Also I like how you can save the classes that work best for you and redo them.
