We are starting a non-profit… We are starting a non-profit permaculture learning site. Plantplants.org. We are growing blackberries, elderberries, gooseberries, and raspberries. We cleaned up a 20 acre site with 10,000 tires and several hundred abandoned cars. We were getting ready to plant and found out we had 90% clay for the planting medium. Now we have switch to raised bed and planter model. Our costs have increased dramatically. We were optimistically looking at expense of about $2 per 25 gal bed. This store offers 25 gal planter at just over $6 if order in bulk. After receiving a sample order, it looks like a great product, but just a little out of our budget needing a 1,000 plus containers.

Missing items twice! Order was missing 52, 7 gal cloth grow bags. Order details showed the order had been completed. Contacted company who responded quickly and stated they just hadn't shipped yet. I did receive the package a few days later but it only contained 42 bags instead of 52. I'm way too busy to have to go to this much trouble and still get screwed. Won't be doing business here again.

I can't say for sure what happened I can't say for sure what happened, but they were quick to investigate and fix the issue when my order did not ship 9 days after placing it. Woulda gave 5 stars if not for this glitch
