Missing items twice! Order was missing 52, 7 gal cloth grow bags. Order details showed the order had been completed. Contacted company who responded quickly and stated they just hadn't shipped yet. I did receive the package a few days later but it only contained 42 bags instead of 52. I'm way too busy to have to go to this much trouble and still get screwed. Won't be doing business here again.

I had a problem trying to place my order online gave them a call and come to find out it was a problem with the website that needed to be addressed. They got it fixed and order went through with no problem. And package arrived quicker than expected!!
