I will shop from Growace.com again. Highly recommend, and remember people seldom leave reviews when they are satisfied with the purchase but EVERYONE leaves a bad review when they are dissatisfied with the purchase hence why there may be more bad reviews than good on here

GBHad a weeping valve on our reservoir… Had our first issue with a weeping valve on our 25 gallon reservoir. Was able to chat with Alvin Seville at 6 pm in the evening, attached a requested photo, gave him our order number, and he said 24-48 hours... not much more you can ask for. Thanks Alvin!

GBI had an issue with shipment I had an issue with shipment. I contacted very easy to get a hold of. I had a response within 24 hours. They made sure to stay in contact throughout the whole process and took care of the issue. Definitely five star service.
