New First time customer New First time customer, I ordered 4 days ago, one if wich was a Holiday and my order showed up on my porch today fast!. What i ordered was accurate to the description. I will shop from Growace.com again. Highly recommend, and remember people seldom leave reviews when they are satisfied with the purchase but EVERYONE leaves a bad review when they are dissatisfied with the purchase hence why there may be more bad reviews than good on here

Worst company in the industry. Stay away!! Growace.com took my $1000, then sent me the wrong fixture. After arguing with me for 3 weeks about a refund and how it was the right light that they had sent, and that it was the one that I ordered, and how I needed to send more pictures, I finally proved them wrong, and they had to admit it. I had been emailing about a refund for weeks, then without my permission they ship me the fixture they were supposed to send back in November with no tracking information so I can't see it coming to be home to refuse it. I even have the email stating they would send tracking info. Now I have to go to credit card company and charge it back. Worst company in the industry. Never buy from them, go anywhere but Growace.com. It won't be cheaper if you value you time and a life with less hassle.

I had an issue with shipment I had an issue with shipment. I contacted very easy to get a hold of. I had a response within 24 hours. They made sure to stay in contact throughout the whole process and took care of the issue. Definitely five star service.

Great service So far my experience with this company has been nothing but stellar. I had a small issue with my initial order, but Earl was quick to find a solution. I'll definitely be shopping here again!
