GBLucy is a great coach! Lucy is a great coach! I was a part of Lucy's programme for a year and she really understood my needs for training and helped me to improve my relationship with food. I was injured twice during this time and she adapted my programme to be able to fit what I was capable of which I was really appreciative of!

GBLucy made me go from 11st to 9st13 in 3… Lucy made me go from 11st to 9st13 in 3 months and that’s great, that’s what I wanted. But what was more important that I didn’t realise when I first started was how I needed help with my mental health surrounding myself and food. My mentality towards food was madness! I feel like Lucy just unblocked so many lies that I had been told and showed me results all while telling me to EAT!! I never realised that I could get results while not restricting. I was so restricting in the past and I’ve said it before but it’s true, she changed my life. I have never been so confident, mentally free from restriction around food and just happier. I like what I see in the mirror now and it’s because she helped me unlock that side of myself. Thank you Lucy. I will forever be grateful. Thank you for believing in me and showing me I could do it!!

GB6 months with Lucy I have worked with Lucy for 6 months and she has honestly changed my life for the better. I couldn't imagine not going to the gym a couple of times a week now. I am confident in the gym, confident performing exercises and upping weights, and confident in making decisions regarding my food now! It was so nice to learn about how no food is inherently bad and to still enjoy the foods I loved while making progress with my weight and body! Highly recommend giving training with Lucy a chance, you could completely change your life!

ESSuch a great experience I've been with Lucy for 9 months and the experience has been a game changer. I didn't have the healthiest relationship with food - I ate whatever I wanted BUT I'd feel bad about it, which wasn't great for my mental health. With Lucy you can eat SO much food and really yummy things too, and that's ok! Im so relaxed with food now, so I cant thank her enough for that! On the other hand, I used to do strength training but I didnt know all the things I know now - I've learnt so much, my body has grown and Im so happy! Thanks for all again Lucy!! Xxx

SEWould definitely recommend I did coaching with Lucy for 3 months and I absolutely loved it! I would definitely continue if it weren’t for some financial issues I have at the moment. I loved the recipes she gave me and that she was pushing me to go to the gym and holding me accountable. She listened if I wanted to change something which I valued a lot! I would definitely recommend Lucy if you are looking for an online coach.
